In all my decades of worldwide travel, no one surpasses Dewi. Her kind spirit is what you see daily as she cares for the group. In 34 years of being a tour leader, I can literally count on one hand the number of Tour Directors who have made a lasting impression on me for being what I consider "the best of the best". My wife and I took our first escorted tour last summer to the National parks of the west. Our tour manager was Dewi. We found Dewi to be extremely professional, as well as very friendly. Dewi spent a great deal of time and effort to make sure all of our needs were met and exceeded. From my experience as an educator, I know our group was not an easy one to manage but Dewi handled it like the pro she is. In a nutshell Dewi is the absolute BEST at what she does. We traveled with Dewi to New England in September of last year. She was amazing!! From the first few hours of our tour right to the very end she worked nonstop to make our trip enjoyable and very educational. She was professional but also very personable. She was very attentive to all of the people in our tour group and she had to deal with varying personalities. She has a great sense of humor and proved to be very flexible when she needed to be. It was a wonderful trip. We learned so much from her and it was obvious that she had done a lot of research on the places we visited. We strongly recommend traveling with Dewi.
